In house board manufacturing

HCD , can offer a quick turn around on small batches of PCBs which are manufactured in house. Using a LPKF ProtoMat C20, we are able to produce double sided boards with precision detail, helping minimise board costs for initial prototype builds.

With our board design service, we can import information from any CAD package straight into the C20. This informaton is exactly the same as used by board manufacturers, so no hidden costs.

Benefits include, keeping sensitive design data in house and no additional tooling costs, reducing board manufacturing time.
